contest 411 if u win deadline email

The 411 -   Like we said on the splash page, but we will say it again for those in the back.  New Century Institute, Inc. (NCI Systems) and the Keep Kids Drug Free Foundation, Inc. (KKDF) are looking for a new and exciting logo and/or slogan that carry a message and appeals to youth who are pre-teen or teen.  In order to get the best logo and/or slogan for product use which teens will actually wear as tee-shirts or purchase on other products (perhaps backpacks or even fashion clothing), we want teens to design it.  Hopefully if we have one of you guys design it your peers will actually want to wear it.

Listen it doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to keep in mind that the underlying message is to not use drugs and for young people to live healthy, active and positive lives.  Don't worry about saying “don’t use drugs” (which by the way isn't real creative) we want something innovative, cutting edge, hip, cool...insert whatever adjective you want, but I'm sure you get the message.  IT NEEDS TO LOOK GOOD PEOPLE!  The Logo should include graphic designs or “artwork” and a slogan or a phrase that creatively conveys this message (if you already forgot, God help you...look back a couple of lines it's up there).  The logo and slogan may be together or separate, but should carry a related message.

Exactly Who are These Sponsors? - New Century Institute, Inc. (NCI Systems) and Keep Kids Drug Free Foundation, Inc. (KKDF) are the sponsors of this contest.  Each of these 6 Florida agencies provide services that include helping people lead healthy lifestyles (is it starting to click now?).  Children and families who are involved in or at risk for alcohol and drug abuse and other health problems benefit from our agencies treatment and prevention services.  In case you want to know, the centers are Gateway Community Services (Jacksonville), Concept House (Miami), The Center for Drug Free Living (Orlando), DISC Village (Tallahassee), Stewart Marchman (Daytona Beach), and Operation PAR (Pinellas Park).  So those six companies basically make up the master mind behind this contest that is NCI Systems, Inc.  Their corporate office is in Miami, you know where South Beach is at.  I know what you are saying "why do I care as long as I get the cash"....well relax they call the shots and wanted me to pass on the info to you so don't shoot the messenger!

Extra 411 -  One of the products of the organizations sponsoring this contest is a license plate called “Keep Kids Drug Free”.  You should have seen this plate on the splash page.  If you click on the plate (like you didn't already know that) you can get some info on how you may help out your community by purchasing this specialty Florida license plate.  It's also an easy way to pimp your ride or your mom's ride if you still have to bike it around.  Want to learn more about each of the sponsoring agencies...?  Surf on over to your favorite search engine, type in the company name, hit enter, and by the magic of the web you'll find their company website.

Who's Eligible to Enter? - THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA WHO ARE BETWEEN THE AGES 11-17.   If you are looking to get your hands on the cash entries must be completed and received by NCI Systems / KKDF Foundation in the format designated below and before the established deadline.

Sorry all you people that are family members of anyone who is an employee of one of the NCI Systems, Inc or KKDF Foundation, Inc. (I know, that alone knocks out a ton of people) you guys aren't eligible to enter this contest so BUZZ OFF..... j/k!!
